Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations: 
SKIN LUX CO. Ships worldwide to Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World.

Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped. 

UK Shipping: 

Free domestic shipping on all orders, with 2 candles or more, via a 2-3 day priority service. We use a high service courier, e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes (Corporate), which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard shipping lead time is 1-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

International Standard Shipping: 

 The shipping time frame for international orders are between 3-7 business days, which do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

 

International Taxes and Customs Charges:

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. Additional custom's charges of £25.00 apply to Bosnia, Herzegovina, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. SKIN LUX CO. is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. Additional Information:

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, SKIN LUX CO. will not be held responsible for any loss or miss-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with SKIN LUX CO. via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. SKIN LUX CO. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
